"The property is run down and outdated. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed that this facility is under there brand. First room we checked in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the comforters, hair on the bed, towels on the floor behind the bed and stains on the chairs in the room."

"I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list. "
