"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."

"I'm very satisfied staying in this hotel, We received excellent customer service from front security staff, front desk, housekeeping and dining staff. Especially the kitchen crew I forgt his name but he's really nice he made us delicious cold coffee he works in the breakfast buffet. Staff in India are very nice its our first time visiting here.❤️❤️❤️"

"The check in was extremely nice where the manager was also there. I had a nice small chat with her. She and her staff gave me a warm check in. I went to the room and it was tidy and beautiful. I immediately got about to work and then went down to eat. The food buffet was great. I really liked their biriyani, prawns and Chinese fares. Went up. Slept like a baby. In the morning I had an emergency which the front desk officer, Merly and her assistant helped me instantly. I love coming to Chennai...

"This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him."

"The bathroom shower area does not have a fully closable glass panel. It is only half closed and because of the gap the water comes out when taking a shower. The bathroom exhaust mechanism is not working or it needs improvement. Water does not evaporate from the bathroom and creates a musty odor. Room fresheners will not solve this and may affect those who are sensitive to fragrances. Especially request to change the spray used in elevators. "I was little late for my arrival due to delay in flight. When i had called up the hotel. The staff were so polite to take the message and confirmed. Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"

"Bed wasn't sufficient for family, room wasn't family friendly. Expected a bit more better service, reached out for room service couple of times for drinking water, but wasn't provided, so had to buy water from outside the next morning. "
