We originally booked to stay 2 nights as part of our honeymoon tour around Australia but on arriving decided to extend our stay by another 2 nights. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We were spoiled with a room upgrade too as it was our honeymoon. The room we stayed in had amazing views of the coast and harbour, and the room itself was extremely generous in size. We were so happy in our room it was a real effort to leave it.

Wonderful views from our huge window and balcony on the 18th floor. Lovely hotel. We’ve stayed at the Grand-chancellor hotels before in New Zealand and highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations, hotel was clean and modern and staff were lovely and friendly, recommending places in the local area. I would definitely recommend to those who choose to stay in the area.

Really friendly and helpful staff from both receptionists and woman who serviced the room. Great location in Townsville and food at Metropole also good. Decided to extend for an extra night as so good. Great value for money

These apartments have a magnificent view, definitely the best location in Townsville. They are also spacious, very well managed, and very clean. The management of the building and the service they provide is also excellent.

Amazing stay, great views, location. Didn't expect bed to be made and towels changed every day when we returned to room Lovely managers, let us leave car in garage after check out so we can go for breakfast Will be back

Great little hotel near town centre. Staff extremely helpful which always counts for a lot. Lots of useful tourist info when we arrived. Free breakfast too Delightful tranquil pool in a mini rainforest. Small waterfall too. Lovely cool off Recommend anyone to stay here. No left however ask for ground floor room

Only stayed for 1 night but was a lovely stay! We had a studio apartment and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was lovely and just what we needed! Check in was easy and quick and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Townsville. Thanks!

We spent two nights in Townsville and could not of asked for a better place to stay. It's modern, comfy and prefect location for town. Highly recommend and will be booking again in the near future.

Had a very nice weekend in Townsville. Aparment was great! Walkable to everything & very spacious. Had a very cockroach’s in the living area but the Aparment we stayed next to was next to pool area & we are in Australia after all.
