Only downside was the main spa in the pictures was not included and was an extra £35 per hour, per person and we were told we needed to book 2 weeks in advance! "Totally disappointed with how dated the room was. Definitely charging more than they should. The top bunk bed in the family room isn’t safe as the mattress is too tall and there’s risk of kids falling out. There were slugs in the bathroom which my husband had to pick out and the walls and floor were so grubby. We found a toenail on the floor too. The pillows and the bed are very uncomfortable and we didn’t get a good nights sleep the entire three nights we were there. We wish we’d stayed in the premier inn. Paid almost £300 for 3 nights and I have no idea what we paid for as no one came to turn down our bedroom, and we had to seek out hand soap as none was left in the bathroom for us to use. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Won’t be back."
