We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach. This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem.

It was such a pleasant hotel. Very friendly staff. Very professional. The best locality ever. Very clean rooms and dinning area.

Comfort and quiet in an idealic location. Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome. The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying. Recommended.

Rugen is a long trip from the UK but worth it. Binz is a gem, blue sea, white band, very well kept attractive town. The narrow gauge railway runs through the town and this is clearly a major tourist attraction. The room was a surprise having a separate lounge. A shame that it didn't have a sea view but that is a very minor point. The hotel is located on the pro made with direct access to the beach with Baltic deckchairs and nearby beach bar. The hotel has all the facilities including a smokers...

The hotel is in a perfect location in a wonderful resort. Breakfast offered something for every guest. We also ate an evening meal which was of a high quality. Only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Overall good impression, but way too overpriced for what it is. Nice comfortable room, could be better planning of bathroom and shower area, and not very convenient for charging devices. Also, too many additional charges for already expensive stay - parking is very expensive, sun chair is extra also - these could definitely be included in the price, plus tourist tax additionally. Breakfast is made to look fancy, when in reality could benefit from more variety and fresh ingredients.

Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service. I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water.

Lovely hotel, light spacious room with a New England feel to it. Great location in a quiet side street near the Main Street, and minutes from both the sea and a stop for the little train that takes you further afield. Great indoor pool and delicious breakfast buffet - one of the best we’ve had in Germany. Kind and helpful staff, who will also pick you up and drop you off at the station for free. We loved this hotel and will certainly be back!

A great room, helpfull staff and a great location. As close to the beach as you can get and i have always been lucky with the weather. Lots of local restraurants for variety.
