"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. "After 2 weeks in and out of motel rooms this place is absolutely 5+ star accomodation from the luxurious soft bed to the soaking tub and rain shower. Netflix was a bonus. If you want to cook your own meals the kitchen is fully appointed with cutlery, utensils and appliances. Laundry equiped with modern washer and dryer. The location was perfect for a short walk to the Main Street or if you want, sit on the balcony and watch the boats drive by."

Staying here will allow you to let out the breath you may have been holding and breathe in fresh sea air. Dining options are great; I highly recommend the burgers and fries at Penguin Beer Co. Ting is a wonderful host, the provided breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, while looking out over the ocean. Treat yourself and stay here for more than a night, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful town of Penguin and get some great rest!"
