"Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new. Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission when they brought the towels."

"入住的時候，飯店的櫃檯人員只有一位，人手明顯不夠，沒有任何的招呼沒有任何的服務，整個亂成一團，已經超過入住時間一個多小時，還沒有辦法入住，因為房間沒有打掃完成，旅館人員讓我們把行李先放置到尚未打掃的房間，並匆忙給了房卡，人就消失不見了，完全沒有解釋有關飯店的任何設施和服務，晚上回到旅館的時候，房間沒有打掃乾淨，完全失去了標榜該有的水準，比三星等級的旅館還要不如！浴室內沒有任何可以吊掛毛巾或衣服的地方。一大早先到國企四，然後回來吃早餐，你在房間前泊泊把請勿打擾的燈岸上，回來沒想到房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。一大早先到國清寺，然後回來吃早餐，離開房間前明明把請勿打擾的燈按上，沒想到吃完早餐後回到房間，房間還是在沒有經過同意的情況之下被打掃好了。很糟糕，因為有一些東西被丟掉了。 早餐的果醬沒有了，詢問餐廳人員，直接大聲回答用完了！咖啡的杯子也都有缺口。這是第一次遇到這樣等級的酒店早餐果醬用完的。總體而言，就是立意良好，但經營不善、管理不善，人員專業素質不足的一間酒店。唯一慶幸的，是反應之後，有一個服務人員態度良好，並且積極的想要做些什麼。但，酒店本身的經營是很有問題的。"

"They didnot allow me to check in And i called your hot line number Your service guy called the hotel but he couldnot solve the problem So i paid for a room but couldnot check in I ask for a refund It was around 10:30 pm , the hotel offered a suite for 680 RMb So i ended up paying for two rooms"

"The hotel itself was good ... staff were helpful but if u want to hv someone to speak in English it’s kinda difficult cos they don’t speak English. Rooms are clean n comfortable. The breakfast buffet they serve in the hotel is not so great, limited choices of western food. I would prefer to skip the breakfast n have it outside . "

Quarto pequeno, banheiro horrível, café da manhã muito ruim, no geral minha nota é 2. Na mesma rua encontrei hotéis muito melhores pelo mesmo preço."
