"The property we stayed in was very good Since this property was near the entrance of the complex, there were a lot of noise in the mornings ( the dispute of the security with different drivers entering the complex) Overall 10 out of 10 for the property however 8 out of 10 for the ongoing constructions etc…"

The road the ptoperty is on is undergoing a lot of consrtuction to get ready for the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum. This cators to the Western visitor, and is not suitable for the Muslim visitors as the main focus is a swimming pool next to a bar with dancing open unyil 3:00am."

"Lovely hotel - excellent location for all main activities in and around Cairo. The hotel is very secure - checks on all vehicles entering. Tour guides could find the hotel easily. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Live music in the bar in the evenings - very good. Room was comfortable. Only downside was the pool is very small and very noisy - despite the screening around it, it's impossible not to hear the Cairo traffic."

"Love and comfortable stay over 5 days. Loved the pool and pool bar. We had the Jnr Suite and the views to pyramids was a great highlight. Breakfast was very good. Bell Boy Amr was amazing along with rest of the staff. "

"I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the tour company recommended by the hotel was horrible and when I went to leave my complaint in front desk the response was (super rude) that next time I would look for my tour online …. I left the property sad and disappointed, wanting to return to Luxor but not to stay with you guys. NEVER 👎 "

"The first room we entered wasnt what we expected so we went down to the desk and the staff manager Mohamed immediately helped us update our room to a much nicer one with a beautiful view on the river of Nile. The service was exceptional from all the staff during my stay there. And the food (tho sometimes expensive considering its egypt) was delicious. The only downsides we saw was the first rooms toilet, the cold pool, and that you have to pay a specific sum to eat at the terrace restaurant...
