Important to know - there is no alcohol at the hotel. Hotel staff service decent and friendly. Hotel clean and safe. Lots of noise at night from outside despite being on top floor. Shower water pressure not very good.

Excellent location, walkable to a lot of attractions. Nile view room was amazing , the roof cafe was very nice. Breakfast was amazing, with wonderful staf. Rooms were comfy and clean. Not as big a hotel like the other ones on the Nile, but it was good for me.

I was very surprised on how modern and clean the room was. The breakfast was also very pleasing and had a variety of options. Even the staff were smiling the whole time and were super nice. If I came to Cairo again, Novotel would be my go to.

Good place to stay and enjoy!

This Hotel is near Cairo City Center but also accesible to go to other parts (as the pyramids) and also is clean and comfortable to stay after a full day of adventures outside. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. The rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing, just take note that they don't offer alcoholic drinks (in the whole hotel)

This is my absolute favorite Cairo hotel! The Novotel staff is wonderful and kind. The rooms are large, lovely, and have wonderful air conditioning. The location is beautiful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Our family of 4 with kids enjoyed our 4 nights at the Novotel. We came off an exhausting 14 hour layover and were happy with our suite. We were in a nonsmoking room facing the Nile on the 3rd floor and although we could hear some noise, it did not bother us. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, breakfast was good and the kids slept well on the pull out couch. We had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely stay here again when back in Cairo.

We stayed here 3 nights. The staff entered our room before our scheduled checkout time and moved our luggage into storage. Possibly a miscommunication. Unfortunately we were not at the room to correct it. However when we spoke to the manager Osama he was rude and accused us instead of apologizing. The breakfast was great though and open from 6:30 to 10:30. If you prefer good food over your personal belongings, this is a great place to stay. The bathroom was very small. It was functional but might be a problem for a larger person. We only got lukewarm water in the shower. It wasn't an issue for us but might not work for someone who likes hot showers. The staff was pushing us hard for a 5-star review on Google so I'm not sure how much to trust the ratings.
