"The staff were very friendly, first impressions were the hotel was immaculate. The room was clean and tidy and plenty big enough for 2. The pool, steam room and sauna were amazing just a shame the hot tub wasn’t working "

"The whole process was seamless, Staff very pleasant, room very nice with a great view of the brigs and river, my only complaint would be the hot breakfast food it was luke warm and could have been hotter. that’s why I have deducted a star."
