"The loft family suite was very roomy and had a microwave and toaster so was great for our family’s overnight stay. It is a little dated and the parking area was quite tight to access but overall we would recommend it as a great motel."

Not much to do in the area. However if you are visiting Fraser Island then I recommend that you stay towards Torquay/ Hervey Bay ( really nice beach)

From UK. Stayed here when traveling north working in Aus in 2019. Returned in 2024 with family when traveling north on holiday. Loved it both times. The whole Ned Kelly thing made for some great photos. Staff friendly. Beds and pillows very comfy Very clean Good pool with bbq Nice food in the cafe Would and probably will stay again in the future.
