"I stayed here whilst on a business trip and may I just say what a fantastic B&B. It was immaculate and I was made to feel very welcome by Peter & Caroline who are excellent hosts. The breakfast the next day was incredible and I was very well looked after. Can't recommend this place enough, 5 min walk from the town and the beach. Check it out. Will definitely stay here again. "The settings is stunning but unfortunately the accommodation urgently needs updating.The plates and cups are chipped,the cooker must be 30 years old ,and takes a long time to heat up .The TV must be 19 inch ,the lounge suite sinks in at the back causing sore backs .There is no towel rails to hang your towels.The main bedroom,well the dressing table is a shelf ,there is no shelves just a wardrobe to hang clothes .The duvet is very thin and old and the cover is faded and polyester, horrible.My...

"Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....

"From the moment I arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble. I was helped booking restaurants, breakfast cooked fresh every morning, well looked after."

"A very spacious , clean and functional cottage in a very quiet location. Flank by a dairy farm and small holding which had sheep, one cow with calf .. Cow gave us an early wake up call but that's rural life for you. Obviously place was COVID cleaned and loads of materials to keep it clean. Real shame the homely things had been removed but that was a sensible precaution, Great base for Tintagel, Boscastle, Widecombe bay and much more .. We only stayed 3 nights but left amazingly relaxed .. And...

"Very convient location in the town, next to large parking lot and parking included in room fee. Rooms are above a pub that serves tasty food and extensive beverages, plus you get to listen to the bass from the pub after you go up to your room. The breakfast was exceptional, cuppacino in place of coffee. My favority breakfast after 3 week of travel in England and 10 or so different inns."

"The hotel/guest house is ideally situated in a quieter residential area, but still within easy reach of all amenities. The room was clean and bright, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. The service was excellent, if perhaps a little slow, but that did not detract from my experience in any way. The breakfast was ample and well presented. The garden could be given some TLC to improve the outside seating area. I would happily stay here again."
