"Wonderful. Welcomed by the hostess and her young daughter. They told us about the history of the property and gave us a tour of the grounds, pointing out where we would have breakfast. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. One of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay again when travelling through the area. Thank you Julie."

"Very good stay, although the bed was very hard and the bedsheets of poor quality (sorry I always compare to Marriott and Hilton's quality). They also forgot my wake up call at 05.30am :-("

"Decent facility but lack of maintenance. It’s poorly staffed so the reception ladies need to run up and down while operating the garage gate remotely. Overstretching human resource compromises customer services and ultimately hurts business. "

"Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Bar was always unattended so you to go to reception to get someone to come over to order, the cocktails were pretty good though. "

"Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm"
