Beautiful hotel with good service. Staff were nice. Food was however pricey. Had little choices for vegetarian. Overall I liked pullman. Would like to go again perhaps with my family

I stay here because we need two rooms and citadines is perfect for that. Its location is also quite convenient, being close to Spring. The setback is it is not fully shaded all the way to Spring and its not stroller friendly. You need to climb the overhead bridge. This is my second time. the first time my room faced the swimming pool and it was very noisy. This time I stayed in another wing and it was superb. However the shower in my master bedroom was not working, the aircon blows directly at our face whole night no matter how we adjusted it. They should also allow us to bring the pool towels back to the room and it gets chilly without towels up to the room. Overall I like staying in this hotel, just that there is no wow factor. The breakfast is really quite awful. Very very basic and simple food. And most of the food runs out very fast. It is also very unhygienic to serve butter and jam openly. It would be good if the hotel can just come up with one or two very very good food for breakfast. I asked for a baby cot but the wheel came off before I used it. That was quite scary and I ended up not using it. They didnt have a baby tub which most hotels i stayed in do. I love the well equipped kitchen the most. It would be useful to provide liquid detergent for dishes with a sponge. Please maintain the standards of the hotel. Something WOW!!

We had a warm welcome from the hotel staff upon arriving at the hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. We arrive early and room is not ready. Hotel staff told us that they will call us once the room is ready. We went for breakfast and receive call from them at 1pm + that the room is ready. We asked the hotel staff for any food nearby. They gave us a map and share with us a few eating spot. We requested for late check out. Hotel staff explained that the guest will check in at 2pm. However, they still offer us an extra 30 mins of late check out.

Generally it was a good stay. Great location in the middle of town... Walkable distance to most of the interesting spots in town. Staff was nice and welcoming. Check in and checkout was brisk and efficient Room was good enough for the price paid. However the water pressure for the shower was pretty weak. My only complaint

Perfect location right beside the river in Chinatown. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They always went the extra mile to help out. They were also a wealth of info for arranging trips to Bako and other nearby attractions in Sarawak. The hotel itself is really nice and incredible value for the money.

Generally well kept. Checkin was seamless. Because the hotel was new, the lobby, rooms, etc was generally well kept. There was a small swimming pool, though we didn't use it during out stay. We liked it that it was not too far from the airport, and there was a free shuttle service. What we didn't like was the immovable shower heads in the bathroom, which made bathing kids difficult. The other negative was the breakfast - absolutely horrible. The Nasi Lemak which supposedly should be signature was medicore at best. There was a live noodle station, but I could only stomach the first mouthful. The rest of the entrees - nothing memorable. My rate came with breakfast, but I couldn't believe they charged RM60+ for the crap. Better off going to nearby hawker or even food court. Stayed in Sep 2016 with family, 2 adults, 2 kids.

Friendly staff. Parking is a bit far from the lobby so can be a hassle esp when you're in a hurry or when it rains. The elevator was not working when we were there so that was a little inconvenient. The beach is nice..water is clean..there's a bar where u can have beers..TV channels limited and no wifi in d rooms, only lobby..there's a gym too.

Good food spots close by. Several malls walking distance.

The staff were very helpful. However, some of the bedlinin should be retired as it wasn't too clean. The hotel is ok, but needs upgrading.
