"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"Stables 5 .Lovely cottage in a restored Steading set back from the road and close to the river Tay. Modern and very well appointed, with a small garden for dogs, warm and traditional - contemporary decoration with a french country feel. Wonderful bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. In fact, perfect for us."

"The property was stunning and in a great quiet location next to a small steam yet close enough to drive for a carry out if you don,t feel like cooking. It had all you could wish for from a kitchen that contained everything you could require, two log fires, great wifi and netflix/amazon on the TV. Anthony was a great host and a nice bloke. "

"When we arrived there was no heating on and no hot water. The outside temperature was 6C and the cottage was colder than that. Eventually someone arrived to put on the heating and light the wood burning stove. Even with that there was no way the cottage would be warm for at least 12 hours. We decided to leave and returned the key. Apart from the cold, there was nothing welcoming about the cottage. There was no welcoming pack or instructions.
