"Good location in the center of Kilkenny, walkable to everything. Parking garage is just up the street a minute walk away. The room was freezing and couldn’t get the space heaters to work because the front desk woman didn’t tell me that you have to put your room key card in some slot to get any electricity to work and then they still didn’t work. "We enjoyed the view of Waterford's quay from our hotel window. It's a convenient place to start walking throughout the tourist and shopping areas, plus we liked its bar food and drinks. Would be happy to stay again when visiting."

"Stairs challenging with my luggage. I have fallen a few times recently, so not the best but it was good exercise! Hotel was quiet with beautiful surroundings. The drive there was magnificent! Breakfast was very good. We don’t drink wine often but it sure helped my sore legs!! "

"This is a very nice hotel and you can use the pool at the gym that is attached! It is in a nice location- but a little far from town if you want to go to the castle or the medieval museum- you will probably want to drive. "
