"Such friendly, helpful staff. They were 'over and above ' with their service and assistance. Lovely spacious apartments and facilities. Very very close to Matar hospitals..a two minute walk. Apartments were amazing with lovely big balconies, and decent sized en suite.. Only thing missing... A restaurant. Would definitely stay there again."

"Room smelled really badly of mildew, carpet felt dirty to walk on. Bathroom floor sticky. Toilet paper - only small amount left on the roll, and this had been wet with??. Luckily there was a new roll in the cupboard so put used roll in cupboard and used new roll. The toilet roll holder was broken, hanging down. "

"The location was great! Close to train and South Bank. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is due and booked into completing a refurbishment that will help with the “tired” aspects - but it was amazing value! I would book again. "
