Check-in was okay, though not as smooth or straightforward as I would have hoped. The unit itself was large and spacious, but it could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleanliness of the elevators and hallways could also be improved, as these areas felt a little overlooked. On the positive side, parking on the property was very easy, which made coming and going convenient. The facilities were great, a great apartment for everything I needed. The 1 bedroom apartment was more than comfortable for 2 people. Very reasonable price. Added bonus it was right next to Fish Lane! So many options for a feed. I had a wonderful riverview apartment and it was in such a good location for morning or evening walks along the river. The complex also had a secure carpark which was handy. The beds were comfortable and kitchen reasonably well appointed. Unfortunately it is in need of a good deal of maintenance with loose tiles in the shower under foot which made it quite unstable. The air conditioning is very loud.. good if you like white noise to sleep to but otherwise you’ll be awake all night. Apartment was also not the cleanest with exhaust vents full of dirt and dust.
