Fast Wi-Fi provided. And the balcony is the ideal place for breakfast or lunch. All members at receptions are very helpful. However, the floor tiles in living rooms is a bit filthy and greasy. A deep cleaning may be required. And the shower hot water a a bit weak.

Floors were dirty, lights did not work, walls dirty, free parking and wine not offered until I said I was an Expedia gold member. Can do without not getting what I have booked for without scams. Top location but as they are building on 3 sides you can't go outside because of the noise. Will not go back again.

I stayed at Arise Ivy and Eve for 3 nights in March. Easy check in, staff were very friendly and the pool was nicer than it looks in the photos! The apartment was a great size and very clean. The location was great for me, walkable around South Brisbane and to the CBD. Endless food options in South Bank and West End. Would definitely stay here again.
