The waitressing staff were excellent . The reception staff on the day we checked in were unhelpful . The woman needs to learn that you are meant to greet guests properly not as if they are a bother to you .

The parking was a little difficult to deal with but overall the experience of the hotel was great. The rooms were recently updated, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend the Bosville.
