"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa and would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with refreshing coconut drinks waiting for us, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the amazing private pool. It was beautifully maintained, offering complete privacy and the perfect place to unwind at any time of the day. Whether it was a morning swim or a quiet evening dip, it truly made the stay feel luxurious. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We decided to rent motorbikes during our stay, and the staff made the whole process effortless, providing great support and guidance, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The food was another standout feature. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. It added so much to the overall experience and made dining at the villa something we looked forward to every day. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift of homemade cashew sweets with sugar, which was a lovely and memorable touch. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for villa experience."

"Good stay thank you. Food from the restaurant was very inconsistent. Either perfectly hot and delicious or stone cold and gross. Also took a very long time to arrive with meals forgotten often."

"Location amazing, but effectively cut of from being able to come and go from the resort as you please due to the road that serves the property, only driveable in a 4x4. Same for getting to your lodge, if the cable car is not running or someone else using it, you have to wait for a car. We spent a large proportion of the holiday waiting on roads trying to get back and forth. Henris was great, but the food in main restaurant wasn't good. The two times we ate there, we had cold food as the wait between the meals coming out for 7 of us meant we were sat for 20mins before we could even start. The final staw was for our pickup on the day we were meant to leave, and they had us waiting by the side of a dirt road at 4.30am for almost 45 mins with 2 young and very tied children. We paid almost 8k gbp for a week here for 7 of us and for the money was just not worth it. Has the potential to be great but is only a 3 star at best. Save the stress and book somewhere that you come away from feeling relaxed and not more stressed than when you started. "
