"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "

"close to the beach and able to walk along the promenade. Bus route means you can get into the old town easily. Local streets have bars and restaurants across the road from the hotel. Maybe a little noisy depending on the room ."

"Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal. "

"I am a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and I did my due diligence before selecting a location in such a wonderful place of Donostia San Sebastián. The location is perfection! The classic elegance of this property made me feel amazing throughout our stay! The staff are wonderful and so helpful! We made new friends and can’t wait for a future stay! The connection to the La Perla Spa and their services and restaurant was a major bonus! Never change Londres!"

"Overall a positive stay. The location is excellent - close proximity to Guggenheim, funicular and Casco Viejo. Appreciated that staff let guests borrow umbrellas when it rained. Only minor gripes were lack of same day laundry service (at least the morning I inquired), bathroom countertop not thoroughly scrubbed and warm breakfast items were not warm at all (though variety of buffet was excellent).
