"Hotel in ottima posizione, camera datata ma spaziosa e pulita. I prodotti da bagno si limitano a due misere bustine doccia/shampoo che puoi trovare in un 2 stelle, non in un hotel 4 stelle! Ottima colazione e ottimo ristorante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tra i servizi è prevista la Spa, che scopriamo solo in hotel che è utilizzabile su prenotazione per 50 euro per 50 minuti. Costo esagerato e comunque sui siti di prenotazione non era indicato."

"There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door."

"The staff do not smile. The cleaning lady was the only friendly staff member. I had an issue when l checked in and it just wasn’t satisfactory. There are much better places to stay in Alassio."

"The rooms were disappointing. In one room the basin pop up did not work, the safe could not be locked, the curtain was hanging down as the hooks were not fixed to gliders. The second room was very dark."
