"Quirky modern goodlooking rooms. Friendly reception. Confusing booking rules for meals and spa for non Spanish speakers. But most of all breathtaking view and surroundings. Peaceful for sleeping and awakening for hiking. Never experienced anything like it anywhere. Really cool, luxurious, private and beautiful little spa connected to the hotel. There was no pool though as stated in the hotels.com information. "

"It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for. The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water. There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics. Breakfast was ok. "Our overnight stay at the Hotel Vinas de Larrede was an extremely enjoyable experience. All the staff were very polite, professional and attentive and the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had an excellent dinner and an equally excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our bedroom was beautifully designed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, spacious and had an excellent shower. Furthermore, a great deal of thought and eco planning has obviously gone into this hotel, which is very reassuring. This hotel is fabulous and we will definitely return for a longer stay."
