Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem. Since we did not need a second bed to sit on we decided to wait for the repair service. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Aufgrund der einen Bewertung, habe ich bei der Buchung extra drauf geachtet. Es war überhaupt nicht ersichtlich. Ich habe eine 4-Sterne-Hotel gebucht und bin bei 2 Sternen gelandet. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Beim Frühstück habe ich nachgefragt, ob der Käse aus pasteurisierter Milch ist, da ich schwanger bin. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
