It’s private property which makes it even better. One suggestion would be offering some type of shuttle to and from them parks seeing as other hotels offer it but otherwise it was an amazing place to stay at "

"Everything was great at the hotel. My only complaint was they were extremely understaffed in any place that serve food. We tried going to the main dining area twice as well as the quicker bagel. Breakfast shop. Both places did not have enough people working there to satisfy orders. When we arrived at the main restaurant, it took us 20 minutes for a host to see come out and talk to us. When I looked in there, it seemed as if they had one waitress, who was also coming out to try to seek tables. Otherwise, the property was very nice and the amenities were great."

"Excellent location for late night arrival into Orlando! Great room & comfy bed, nice & quiet! Casual dining was extremely enjoyable too! Great server who took her job to another level! The crayfish chowder is a winner for sure"
