"This was our first time at the hotel as we were visiting the area due to a friends wedding. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and always very helpful, specially when we had an issue with the charging point for our car. They were able to fix it and did it always being so polite and friendly. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choice/options. The location is just fantastic, the fact we wake up to the sound of birds is added bonus. The only thing I found could be improved: gym...

"Our reservation was lost by the hotel. They found a room for us but not a deluxe room as we had reserved. Our new room was at a lesser cost but it was a much smaller room than we had booked. Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable. "

"The hotel is relatively new and, thus, all of the facilities are pretty new and modern. The people in the Hotel are very friendly, especially, Wesley (I hope I don't misspell his name) picked up my wife and me from Steenwirk train station. Although it has only a distance of one mile, it means great help if you have luggage and the taxi system is not very good in the city. You should try to call the hotel if you have luggage and they will help to pick up you. "

"This was a last minute trip but one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. The location is awesome. The staff are really - really - helpful and caring. The accommodation is excellent and the food is great. This is how hotels used to be. Totally hands on management. Comfortable rooms. Amenities to enjoy. And a great location. Breakfast has variety and wonderful flavours - fantastic FRESH fruit. This is a 5 * experience because of the staff. Definitely going back. I have never...
