Greatly appreciated the thoughtful water and fruit in the hallways! The area is super convenient to shopping, food (Mushroom Hill), and of course THE BEACH!! "Stayed after arriving late on a flight, ideal location"

"We stayed for four nights, it was a lovely old building. We stayed in a superior room, which was big, had a fridge with a few complimentary soft drinks and the bed was comfortable. The room was made up everyday. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was nice too. "

"Perfect location. walkable to everything that's important and 15 min ride to the airport... amazing staff! Only issue was the shower head was extra rusty which threw me off and there was what looked like a small blood stain on the sheets."

Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "Our booking here was very last minute and we didn't arrive until 8PM. Room, parking and breakfast were £40 which was an amazing bargain. The hotel was less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and polite, the room was a good size and quiet although it could do with more power sockets, there were only 2 in the whole room I think. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very good."

"We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. "Absolute amazing stay with great breakfast, lovely room, great front desk and fantastic sauna. Only thing I would say is please get satellite or cable tv for UK guests, one whole week of just BBC and ITV channels was challenging and we can't stream stuff due to idiot Brexit decision."
