"Loved the design and decor, very Biba Ken high Street 1970's. Staff were great. The only two things i would change, is to put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Plus allow the customers to by the room spray that is sprayed into the front lobby of the building. Please let me know if i can buy this somewhere. Many thanks"

"Booked a twin room for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Air con and mini bar worked which was good in mid 30s heat every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Main Vienna attractions in centre just a 15min walk away. Overall an excellent place to stay."

"Stayed multiple nights. U1 subway takes to the heart of Vienna in 15min and the Kagran station is right in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed very much. Vienna was hot (close to 30C), but the hotel A/C was working superb. The hotel has a functional kitchen and SPAR (grocery store) is located in the same building.
