I waited good 20 mins, ringing the bell next to the shut-down reception window and no one responded. Finally just walked up to next door to inquire and found that’s where the check-in happens. Pool and leisure facilities very good and staff here were also lovely and very helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant at night and the meal was amazing. Would recommend eating here. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Lots of choice and all very fresh. Cannot wait to come back and stay. "

"Norton House is a gem just a 15 minute drive from the Edinburgh airport, and you don't have to drive through the city to get there. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked lovely. We greatly appreciated the free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially as a final destination before your trip to the airport."

"Traveling from the USA - this is the perfect location and hotel! Love the warm cookie upon arrival, friendly staff, and clean room with a great view. The breakfast was delicious and checkout was a breeze. "

"This is one of the best parking lots we encountered in all of Scotland. The hotel had a nice continental breakfast that you could also get hot or cold breakfast in addition to the continental items and it had a large variety items you can order for dinner."
