The Hotel is beautifully designed and well planned with every amenity we needed for our stay. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many other tourist spots. Tram line is also very close by. Staff went the extra mile and were available 24hrs a day to help us with everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely use Fer again.

Very nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to İstiklal street, Şişane metro station. Lots of eating places close by. Staff very helpful. I had chosen a superior room which was extremely spacious and comfortable. My only criticism would be that their breakfast was unremarkable. Having got used to other hotels having a widespread breakfast buffet, the breakfast at this hotel was quite sparse.

I had surgery as to why I chose this hotel based on location. I would say customer service is amazing. I kept asking for ice I would say every 4-6 hours and they gave no attitude at all and were great which I was not expecting. Their English is also good. Food- i prefer the soups the most, they were good. I would say the only downfalls is the cleanliness. I stayed for 2 weeks, so the sinks needed a propa clean and maybe hoovering which was not done. We had the 2 bedroom suit, was very big and comfortable. Only downside was there were no USB ports for charging so bring an adapter! House keeping were good and the breakfast was amazing for a 4 star hotel (different main food everyday). Guys at the desk were always helpful. It wasnt an issue for me or my family but there were a lot of people who had medical procedures so expect to see people walking around with bandages on their faces/heads etc
