"We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. Otherwise is recommended and would stay again but the people on front desk need a some training "

"Dirty walls in the room. Dirty carpet in room and corridors. I don't think so they ever clean them. Dirty windows. No kettle in the room. Safe wasn’t working in the room so had to put our important stuff on the reception We booked double bed and the room had smell of cigarette and even towels had smell of cigarette, i asked them to change the room next day which they did but the next room was actually two single beds attached together so bed from the middle was uncomfortable. 4\* hotel didn't...

"I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30\. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday. "
