It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "The room was clean and bathroom was nice heater wasnt easy to use so gave up and was cold and it was so loud due to windows not being sound prof And it was so cold the bed had a sheet and a polo fleace blanket on it and a spare blanket and thats it defanatly need too do better"
