"Room 411, executive room with 4 poster bed. The mattress needs upgrading as on the left hand side I felt the springs digging into my back! It was very uncomfortable indeed and I did not sleep very well at all. The reception staff needed to be a bit more cheerful too and needed to play some background music as it appeared very unwelcoming on entry. "

"room was dated but clean up a lot of stairs, lift was not working, room smelt of stale smoke, window did not close leaving a draught in and heating did not come on all whilst there, car parking limited at side of the hotel, about a 15 minute walk from Weston pier and shops !!!"

"The staff make this place. They are all so lush and friendly and accommodating....can't say enough about them! The food was great, although the cooked breakfast portion size was a little small, but still delicious."
