"Great small hotel to stay at when traveling in the Deeside area. The staff is kind and knowledgeable about the area and the rooms are clean. We didn’t get to try the food there. Would definitely go back for another stay."

"My husband and have stayed here before and was always nice and welcoming however, this stay was terrible. The bedroom was unkempt, no toilet roll, bed linen was crumpled had seen better days. There was one person checking us in, serving at rhe bar too. I certainly won't be back. We have submitted a formal complaint and looking for compensation. Please dont book your wasting you well earned cash. Jacqueline allan"

"Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know."
