"We had an amazing stay at Nautilus next to Poetto beach in Cagliari. The hotel is conveniently located away from the noise of the city, but at the same time close to Cagliari if you decide to visit the city. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They will go the extra mile to try to accommodate your requests. The breakfast was excellent. We are vegans and found some nice options every day. "Stayed for a night to catch an early flight. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, she even reserved the restaurant for us. The restaurant is located inside the hotel, so if you don’t want to deal with Cagliari traffic and poor parking, it’s a solution. Overall clean room, no view but we didn’t care. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers. It seems the hotel is slowly improving its rooms but we unfortuately had a hill view room which was disgusting.It should not be given out to paying guests. Mouldy bathroom,loose wires from extractor fan,lingering smokers smell(smoke alarm covered by a shower cap!) and soiled sheets.
