"Property was very nice overall, staff was excellent. We did not have hot water for the shower, but we dealt with lukewarm until it was fixed. Love that they are pet friendly, wish other guests realized vacation is not a place to leave your furbabies locked up alone all day. There is a small pond/water feature to the left of the pool (if facing the beach) that needs to be filled in (with sand) or fixed and filled up with water. Mosquito and noseeum heaven is all it is right now. I'm sure...

Breakfest should start at least 630am on the weekends theres alot of players in baseball leagues that have to be at the parks at 715am no way to enjoy that part most places start at 6am "

"The stay was great! I’ll go into why it was great in just a sec. I did want to say that the check in process was 50/50 depending who was at the desk. There was a woman there when I first walked in at around 11:30 (we were switching resorts and had refrigerated things so came to this one as soon as I checked out of the other one). The woman at the desk had a pissed off look and when I came up to the desk she said “can I help you” in a very nasty way. I politely said I’m checking in. Without her...
