However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. "Nice hotel. Spacious room. Hotel in great area for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Music in rooftop bar was a bit overwhelming but view was great. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "

"I have been staying her for years. Always feel like i am coming home. Haven't been there as often because of COVID in the last few years, but when i came back the staff which were still there gave me a warm welcome. The location is convenient for meetings in the Kuningan area, and the food is good, although the menu is limited. But the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Highly recommended. "
