Staff are rude and unhelpful to even the most basic requests; if you arrive early they refuse to let you use the facilities, any of them, the only thing they will allow you to do is pay and eat at the restaurant. And even that they make it seem like they’re doing you the biggest favour. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear people having a conversation in the next room. The pool and fitness area are an absolute joke.
