That tells me they're not in tune with the reality of the situation, neither their quality in comparison with other places, nor their value. Actually for this rather average, dated hotel, I think $78 was about right given the the conditions and location. "

"Family run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is quaint and very clean, elevator for luggage a plus. Big balcony area and a stroll to the beach. Would recommend. "

"Excellent location. Close walking distance to the beach and to the historic town. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Great car garage. Quiet area. We were able to use the beach chairs at no cost since we went out of season. Breakfast was really good. Had a balcony with clothes line to dry out wet bathing suits. Would definitely stay here again. "Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK)."
