"It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns."

"Wonderful stay. Great room and location. Our host Chiara was the best!! Some street noise at night but we solved that with the a/c fan and earplugs. Would happily stay again."

"A nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast could be improved with more varieties for guest who stays multiple days. We stayed for 4 nights and had the same breakfast for 4 days. "

"Although I appreciated returning to the space after a long workday, the location isn't ideal if you don't have transportation. I often had to use delivery services for food, which was also challenging because they, too, had trouble locating the hotel using Google Maps. If you don't have your own vehicle but want to get around the city, find a more central place to stay."

The staff, particularly Gonzalo and Romina, were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. They couldn't have been more accommodating.

This was an absolute perfect place to stay! The employees were lovely and the location was unbeatable. If we are ever near Assisi again, this is where we are staying.

Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the mini metro, which takes you to the main station. And a short (uphill) walk into the centre.
Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb.
Lovely comfortable suite with fridge and free refreshments.
Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 4 nights or longer. You can request for your room to be cleaned, however there will be an additional cost.

This hotel was a real gem. We booked for 4 people and had a great suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living area with a sofa bed - great for a family with older teens who prefer not to share! Pool and surroundings were lovely, breakfast tasty and staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good but not a lot of options for very fussy eaters, however plenty of options nearby (by car). I would love to come back here!

We stayed en route to the Amalfi Coast and could not fault the value for money offered. It is very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a perfect start for a day of travelling. Easy parking and great views was a added bonus

Great and friendly staff, lovely clean room with tea making facilities, nice rooftop pool, good parking under the hotel, good breakfast, great location to access surrounding area such as Assisi.
Bathroom lovely and clean, just a little ‘tired ‘ looking and in need of a little attention - all in all a great place to stay!
