"Ancient former monastery with comfortable, updated bedrooms ( 2-3 flights up uneven stairs - no lift) otherwise unchanged. Self-service no frills breakfast. Very nice garden. GPS a big help. Be sure to call ahead!"

"We had a 4 Bed apt that was ample big enough for 5 adults. The apt was very limited & had no aircon making it extremely hot. This building felt like someone still lived here & rent it out for the summer, decor was old & horrendous. As the building was basically in a field, you could not open the windows during the night as the insects would enter (flying kind) Wifi was very limited in the apt, but strangely worked very well outside & by the pool. The pool was very clean although shallow as only...

"Our family loved this property. It was a wonderful break after visiting Rome and Florence."

"Loved our stay. So relaxing. Beautiful spot away from the crowds but only 20 min drive to Assisi. An oasis with beautiful views. The dinners were delicious and so nice to eat their as opposed to driving. I would recommend this to anyone. "

"Great place and good value for money"

Staff eccellente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo"

"Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10"
