"We loved the location and views! Property was clean. We did not care for the pillows or toilet paper. We also were not happy with the currents - they did not fully close and sunshine came in way too early for our crew. Darker curtains would be preferred. Otherwise we loved the facility! "

"Staff was great- after checking in and getting settled in the room in the main lodge, the manager came up to my room and shared that somehow the Expedia system had allowed a double booking- I didn’t need the two beds so gladly moved to accommodate- I was relocated to a Lame Superior view room which was wonderful to wake up to. The staff was very apologetic for the inconvenience and also received a voucher for breakfast. I would recommend the Lodge! "

"Located on the shores of Lake Superior.We had one wild weather day, with strong winds, an white caps crashing on the shores. It was awsum. Its situated at the Lake Superior walking/biking nature trail that tales you right into Canal Park Perfect."

"Great hotel. It is close to the train tracks. But I didn't have any issues with it. Rooms are super comfortable. Hotel has a cool design. It's about a 10 min drive from international falls. Which has plenty of food & a few shops. Bed was soft. Hot water was great. And overall if we're ever in the area again, I would book here. Top floor with the outside hot tub has a view of the lake. "

"Nice, Clean, and convenient. Great value as well. Located in Downtown Duluth within steps to many restaurants/shops. Easy parking ramp across the street for $12/night. Would stay again for sure."

"Nice place to stay. Just slightly imperfect in that some of the carpet was showing wear and tear. Was nice and clean. Roomy bathroom in the suite, large shower and roomy jacuzzi. The fireplace added a nice cozy feeling and a little warmth which was very welcome. The bed was a little bit too firm for our taste. Didn’t really eat there except for a crème brûlée that we shared over cocktails, and it was utterly amazing! The service was done great and with a smile! Will definitely come back!!"
