It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "Nice studio apartment, clean and comfortable, fridge, microwave and kettle. Large TV and a dining table. It was a 15 minutes or so stroll into the nice seaside town, located in quiet area. Suggestions would be to add coffee machine or plunger for those that don’t do tea or instant coffee. The bed was good but pillows too flat need to be more plump. "

"Very clean and basic. It's an easy 2km walk into town along the beach. Good kitchen and shower was great. Cons : Unfortunately there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (small portable fan though). Even with the windows open and it only being 24C it was stuffy and we didn't have a great sleep. If it was hot weather, it would be unbearable. Towels were really thin Toilet seat kept falling down A coffee machine would be a nice addition. It really wasn't value for money. Wouldn't stay again. "
