"Well equipped comfortable room, fabulous sea view and parking available on the road outside or on the small carpark at the hotel. Good selection of food at breakfast, really enjoyable place to stay."

"This must have been a truly magnificent building when it was new, now it's a bit tired, there are plastic conduits stuck onto the old walls with high ceilings that take the power to the crystal chandeliers. The green carpet does not go with the turquoise ceiling and battle ship grey paint on the wood chip wallpaper, but it all shows the history of the building and I find the result charming, it has character."

"We had a great nights stay here. Please don’t be put off by some of the reviews. The room was clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows! It’s a great base to explore the local area. The host was very friendly and the bar was perfect for grabbing a drink and sitting outside in the sunshine with it. "
