It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "We booked for a init but on arrival found out that a small living room with kitchen amenities was downstairs and the dormitory style bedroom upstairs with the two not bein interconnected and the only way to access one from the other was through an outdoor staircase.
