"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. And this hotel does have a bunch of amenities. There’s a whole convenience store located on the 4th floor. Overall our stay was pretty good. The only things that was bothersome was the size of the rooms. There’s practically zero space to store your luggage let alone move around. I wish I would’ve checked the size before we booked the room. "

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. It's a place I want to come again."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Very convenient on a major subway line and to many restaurants / street food (Dotonbori). There is also an awesome bakery (Die Güte) in the metro station close to exit 8. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well (also it can get very crowded). Would come back! "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Everything was great! Perhaps showing a bit of age, but it was more than adequate for a 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet was great (better than the dinner buffet at the hotel next door). Service was top-notch"

"We loved our hotel location. It was close walking distance to many small eating and drinking establishments. Our room was clean and small (which is understandable). Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to have our bags transported to our next hotel. "

"Location was prime for the price point. Literally right in the heart of city walk for easy access to the theme park and all the food and souvenir spots in the area. The room was also very roomy and well kept. Only gripe was that there were very limited closet spaces and basically no drawers to store clothes. Will definitely consider this hotel again for next visit to Universal Studios Japan when Donkey Kong Country opens."

"Decent hotel with pretty good subway system access - room very small but nearly all rooms in Japan cities are - never had breakfast so cannot comment. Not much goinon around hotel in terms of restaurants etc."
