"Firstly I must say that the service and food was excellent. The menu was extensive and delicious. The staff were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. My spa treatment by Lucy was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The dining areas are well laid out and well maintained. The room was spacious enough although perhaps a little dated, and a little more storage space in the bathroom and bedroom would be beneficial. The snug was cozy and had several board games, these could do with updating as there were lots of games not complete, that said, although we didn’t use it the games room looked good and was well used mostly by children. Unfortunately the weather was not favourable as the cliff path walks are on the hotel door step and the nearby beaches looked nice. The hotel pool was closed for renovations so hopefully that will be a bonus. Overall a very pleasant stay."

Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back."

"We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. The communal facilities were spotlessly clean and showers nice and hot. It was a real bonus having a kitchen with electricity, fridge space and a lock box for charging. There was even a hairdryer available for use in the communal toilet area! Each yurt is located in its own field so we have plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. The children loved seeing the goats every day and popping around to see the pigs too. Thank you for a fantastic break and escape. It was the ideal way to kick off the summer holidays with some quality family time. "
