We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel. The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color. We ordered dinner, which was below average, and the breakfast was worse. The little amount of butter they brought tasted...

"Ce fut vraiment agréable !! Bel emplacement et piscine très belle !! Même durant le Ramadan avec l’air climatisé qui roule nous entendions à peine les prières. Personnel super attentionné, petit déjeuner inclus simple et très bon ! Belles excursions autour de l’ile disponibles sur place ce qui est super pour voir de la région. "Room: Great individual bungalows made out of wood. The bungalows were clean and spacious. The only downside is the bathroom. Bathroom is outdoor (surrounded by tall walls) which means lots of mosquito bites everytime you need to use the toilet, shower or sink. Amenities: A. The pool was nice and always clean. Staff were friendly, just keep in mind some have limited English. B. We booked our rooms with breakfast. Breakfast consisted of 3 options only: western; Nasi Goreng (chicken fried rice...

"We stayed at Hotel Santika for two nights. As a stop station after a long holiday in Gili islands, our stay at the hotel was perfect. For our family (with kids) we stayed in 2 superior rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is also perfect with a lot of traditional foods. What is quite remarkable for us was the dinner with live accoustic music...very relaxing. Thank you , we would definetely come back again."
