This is a gorgeous cosy place to stay. It is within easy walking distance to the city walls and other attractions. Hosts are super friendly and helpful and accommodation is clean, comfy and well presented.

This hotel is quiet, clean and ticked all of my boxes. Once you find the place, there is plenty of parking and then the owner met me at the front door and showed me round the downstairs before helping me with my bags to my room. The room was very cosy and warm and I was able to work comfortably from the desk. The bathroom was a wet room and was perfect for me. Breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day.

The place was spotless and comfortable and the host was warm and polite. Couldn't find a fault with it.

I would recommend this to my family and friends and I will be staying here again.

Great spot, staff very welcoming. Clean & tidy

Lovely little hotel! Very friendly and helpful.

Parking right outside. Rooms are huge.

Lovely area, lovely staff, lovely room. Food was great, parking was free + secure. Thank you!

The purpose of this trip was to meet some local photographers and the location of Serendipity was perfect. A few minutes walk into the main town too. I must admit I was a bit nervous as I was on my own and my room (3) has a separate private bathroom and it just down some small stairs, but I had nothing to worry about. It was not a problem and I felt very safe and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable! Breakfast was spot on and staff very welcoming. Decor was mainly beautiful but...

We had an excellent stay. Room was exactly as described and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay again. Very much appreciated the slightly later check out as my partner wasn’t feeling great and so that service goes a long way with us.

Best place to stay - super friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Lovely place, and perfect for needs of my trip. Nice to meet Marty, Andy and Rico. (Alpacas)

I stay in hotels & apartments weekly for my job- this is by far the best experience I’ve had to date. The host has thought of absolutely everything and more. Can’t recommend enough.
