"The location was excellent.We had a partial ocean view. It is right across the street from International Market and just 2-3 blks to the beach and Royal Hawaiian Resort and shopping. The $55 a day parking charge was unexpected. I did not have any idea it was going to cost an extra $230 just to park. It was valet only so a lot of waiting. "

My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning. "Renovated rooms are nice and seemed very clean, balcony could use some cleaning though. Shower was small but otherwise the bathroom was nice. Kitchen was great to have and bed was comfy. Views are really nice from high up and location is great, plus the price compared to similar hotels is competitive. Would stay again. "
